Summary

Responsibilities

  • Serve as liaison between team members by effective communications
  • Arrange and oversee administrative tasks
  • Coordinate contract and legal work
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
  • Manage vendor contracts and relations
  • Organize and maintain documentation, files, and digital records.
  • Schedule and track meetings and appointments, book flights, and handle travel logistics for teams
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or above
  • 2-3 years experience in relevant role
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information

Preferred qualifications

  • Degree in law or related subjects
  • Experience in legal consultancy
