Summary
Responsibilities
- Serve as liaison between team members by effective communications
- Arrange and oversee administrative tasks
- Coordinate contract and legal work
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
- Manage vendor contracts and relations
- Organize and maintain documentation, files, and digital records.
- Schedule and track meetings and appointments, book flights, and handle travel logistics for teams
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelors or above
- 2-3 years experience in relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with office applications, and aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information
Preferred qualifications
- Degree in law or related subjects
- Experience in legal consultancy
