Responsibilities:

1. Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications using MERN Stack, Golang / Java with React.js preferably.
2. Build and maintain scalable backend APIs using Nest.js, Golang, or Spring Boot.
3. Develop dynamic and responsive user interfaces using React.js, ensuring smooth integration with backend services.
4. Utilize Next.js to develop full-stack applications with server-side rendering and static site generation for improved performance.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and designers, to create and implement new features.
6. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following industry best practices, and ensure proper version control using Git.
7. Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both frontend and backend components of the application.
8. Optimize applications for speed and scalability to provide the best user experience.
9. Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
10. Continuously stay up to date with the latest web technologies and trends to improve the development process.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. 3-5 years of hands-on experience with MERN Stack / Golang / Java with React.js is preferred.
2. Solid experience with backend frameworks such as Nest.js, Golang, or Spring Boot for building robust APIs and services.
3. Proficiency in React.js for building dynamic, user-friendly frontend components.
4. Experience with Next.js for developing full-stack applications with server-side rendering and static site generation (for MERN stack developers) would be added requirement
5. Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
6. Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
7. Strong knowledge of version control using Git.
8. Experience in writing clean, maintainable, and optimized code with a focus on performance and scalability.
9. Good problem-solving skills and ability to work through complex issues independently.
10. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with Docker and containerization is added advantage
2. Familiarity with either cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
3. Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or JUnit is good to have.
4. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools.
5. Experience with modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
6. Knowledge of web performance optimization techniques.
