Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst will play an important role in the success of the broader company. Reporting to the FP&A Director, based in Tel Aviv. You will work side by side with the Director and partner with organizational leadership to provide insight into the value creation of strategic decisions.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
2. Analyze results, perform variance analysis, recognize trends, and make recommendations for improvements
3. Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
4. Aid in the annual/quarterly budgeting processes, fielding inputs from business partners, working with the consolidated forecast model, and tracking items that have material differences vs. original budget for future forecast modification
5. Evaluate historical and current financial data to understand the company’s financial condition
6. Manage headcount processes, including weekly/quarterly reporting, cost center guidance/mapping, and budget vs. actuals review
7. Learn and integrate with data-driven systems, recognizing and interpreting useful data to drive business insight
8. Collaborate cross functionally with key business leaders, using financial insights to influence decision making and identify risks/opportunities
9. This position may require international travel 1-2 times per year

Requirements

1.  3+ years of experience in finance; SaaS / Software company experience a plus
2. Top-tier financial modeling skills and the ability to work well under pressure
3. Strong attention to detail and precise analytical skills
4. Collaborative mindset, but able to work independently to accomplish objectives
