About the role

The Director of Demand Generation will plan, build and run inbound and outbound marketing programs to drive and accelerate pipeline growth. This role will help us to define, execute, measure and refine a creative, compelling and effective digital marketing revenue strategy for our growing enterprise business. You will own delivery of top and middle of the funnel activity, marketing lead goals and revenue contribution attributed to marketing from various lead sources including digital, online advertising and email marketing. Reporting to the CMO, you will help initiate strategies to drive demand and deliver high quality marketing campaigns.

You will:

  • Work cross-functionally to create and execute multi-channel demand generation strategies that are aligned to our audience and our sales objectives to support pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Develop and manage lead generation programs, including email marketing, content marketing, account-based marketing, webinars, events, etc.
  • Understand the pain points of our buyers and create relevant campaigns using Hubspot, Salesforce and other tools that move them through the marketing funnel help increase velocity and optimize conversion rates
  • Track and optimize campaign performance to create a predictable demand generation engine.
  • Establish and report on KPIs for demand generation efforts.
  • Work closely with an SDR function to support growth.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand their needs and align demand generation efforts with sales objectives.
  • Provide support for sales enablement through the development of relevant sales collateral and resources.
  • Oversee digital marketing channels, including paid advertising, social media, and SEO, to drive inbound traffic and generate leads.
  • Use data analytics and marketing automation tools to track and measure campaign performance.

You have:

  • 6+ years experience in a demand generation leadership role, preferably in B2B legal technology.
  • Strong command of data analytics across the sales and marketing funnel.
  • Extensive skills in marketing technology and automation systems including Hubspot (required), Salesforce required), Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Proven success in working closely with SDRs teams.
  • A desire to work both at a strategic level and tactically on projects and campaigns with a no job too small mentality.
  • Self-motivated and results driven.
  • College degree required; legal industry experience preferred.
