Summary

Your role:

  1. Ensure successful execution of Nexo’s direct communication via email, push, and in-app messages.
  2. Implement and maintain automated marketing campaigns across direct channels.
  3. Collaborate with content and design teams to produce and launch new email and push campaigns.
  4. Own audience segmentation, set targeting parameters and ensure campaigns reach the right customer groups.
  5. Work with product teams to plan and execute go-to-market strategies that drive customer retention
  6. Analyze and report on direct marketing performance to help improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.

What makes you stand out:

  1. 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing automation, with a focus on email marketing, lifecycle/retention marketing, campaign optimization, and building automated journeys.
  2. Strong understanding of audience segmentation and ability to tailor campaigns to different customer groups.
  3. Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
  4. A practical, hands-on approach, always looking for ways to improve and test new ideas.
