Summary
Your role:
- Ensure successful execution of Nexo’s direct communication via email, push, and in-app messages.
- Implement and maintain automated marketing campaigns across direct channels.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce and launch new email and push campaigns.
- Own audience segmentation, set targeting parameters and ensure campaigns reach the right customer groups.
- Work with product teams to plan and execute go-to-market strategies that drive customer retention
- Analyze and report on direct marketing performance to help improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
What makes you stand out:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing automation, with a focus on email marketing, lifecycle/retention marketing, campaign optimization, and building automated journeys.
- Strong understanding of audience segmentation and ability to tailor campaigns to different customer groups.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- A practical, hands-on approach, always looking for ways to improve and test new ideas.
