Role Summary

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager who will be responsible for the successful development and execution of marketing campaigns for the company’s portfolio of existing and upcoming products. The ideal candidate should be well-versed and experienced in the utilization of open-source technology and digital channels to consistently achieve marketing goals. Most importantly, this role requires the discipline, maturity, and drive to meet deadlines and objectives in a low supervisory remote environment.

This is a Full Time / 100% Remote role

  • Ideate, collaborate, and execute innovative growth experiments to increase the acquisition and retention of users.
  • Develop and execute strategy surrounding digital channels, including websites, social media, email, and content marketing.
  • Own, develop, and execute social media processes including content creation, messaging calendars, and brand/product positioning, ensuring is appropriately and effectively placed across all platforms while engaging with followers.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal team members to lead the development and implementation of digital marketing optimization plans.
  • Oversee measurement of digital channels, communicating results and optimization recommendations to team members, and executive leadership.
  • Improve SEO results and drive organic traffic and conversion of the target market(s).
  • Monitor website performance and develop strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
  • Optimize marketing spend with pay per click and paid online platforms.
  • Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
  • Lead & manage marketing team to be hired in the future and propose innovative ideas  from the target user’s / market’s point of view.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent working experience
  • Passionate about digital marketing
  • Proven experience executing crypto-specific B2C marketing and a strong interest in crypto currency, exchanges, and blockchain based products.
  • An In-depth knowledge of social media marketing, analytics, and API’s; Google Analytics and Tags, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, Rumble, Reddit, etc.  
  • Comfortable creating content oneself or utilizing outside contractors to fulfill content needs and develop a content backlog.
  • Incredible attention to detail (including aesthetics), exceptionally positive attitude, and relentless proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Functional knowledge of financial markets, as well as crypto currency-based products and exchanges.
  • Ability to succeed in a fast paced, rapidly changing agile distributed non-traditional work environment (remote).
  • Established track record of clearly communicating with internal and external stakeholder groups.
  • Experience using automated open-source software and resources to launch and complete a marketing initiative.
  • Working language is English (Written/Oral). Fluency in Spanish, French, and/or Brazilian Portuguese is a bonus.
