Summary

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the formulation and implementation of operational strategies for DeFi innovation projects
2. Work closely with the product team to come up with innovative product ideas and promote product launch and updates
3. Plan and execute growth-related activities to attract new contract users and increase contract trading volume

Job requirements:

1. Deep experience and knowledge in crypto derivatives trading
2. Possess strong problem-solving and strategic planning capabilities, and be able to drive the growth of the platform from 0 to 1
3. Able to develop and implement a complete GTM (marketing) plan with excellent project management capabilities
4. Have the ability to plan user growth activities and attract and maintain highly active trading users
5. Have excellent data analysis ability, and help optimize and improve the project through data analysis
