- Provide customer service
- Field inbound support live chats, emails, telegram from users about our product offerings
- Liaise between department to resolve problems
- Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes
- Research customer inquiries using the appropriate technology
- Use problem solving, analytic, and intuitive skills to follow logic and offer good solutions
Requirements:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree; at least 1 year of Customer Service experience
- Well-versed written in both English and Mandarin
- Eagerness to learn and a strong sense of curiosity
