Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (German) to join our customer service team. In this role, you will provide live chat and ticket support to our global users, assisting them with account management, cryptocurrency trading, wallet operations, and platform-related inquiries. You will work in a fast-paced, multilingual environment, delivering a seamless customer experience with professionalism and efficiency.
What you'll do
- Provide real-time live chat and ticket support in German and English, ensuring timely and professional responses to customer inquiries.
- Assist users with account verification, transactions, platform navigation, security concerns, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge, staying up-to-date with company policies, cryptocurrency trends, and platform updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
- Document and analyze customer feedback to provide insights for service improvement.
- Ensure compliance with security and confidentiality policies when handling sensitive customer information.
- Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and holidays, to ensure 24/7 customer support coverage.
What you'll need
- Fluency in German (C1/C2) and English (B2 or higher) – Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer Service Experience – Previous experience in customer support, online chat, or ticket handling is preferred.
- Technical Aptitude – Understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain is a plus but not mandatory.
- Problem-Solving Skills – Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities to handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Team Player – Ability to work in a multilingual and multicultural environment.
- Flexibility – Willingness to work night shifts and rotating schedules for global coverage.
- Attention to Detail – Strong awareness of security policies and best practices in data protection.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of CRM tools, such as Sprinkler/Zendesk.
- Familiar with crypto/finance-technology industry
