Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with Propy's mission and business objectives in the real estate, crypto, and AI sectors.
• Content Calendar Management: Manage the content calendar and oversee the publication process to ensure timely content delivery.
• Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content for blog posts, articles, whitepapers, social media updates, and case studies tailored to Propy's audience.
• Editorial Oversight: Ensure all content aligns with Propy's brand voice and strategic goals, maintaining high quality, consistency, and relevance.
• The tone of Voice & Key Messaging: Establish and refine Propys tone of voice and key messaging across all content to resonate with real estate and blockchain stakeholders.
• Industry Research: Stay updated with trends in real estate, crypto, and AI to inform content strategy and maintain thought leadership.
• Creative Campaigns: Design and implement innovative content marketing campaigns that highlight Propy's unique value proposition and drive engagement.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer support, to create content that educates and engages the audience about blockchain, real estate technology, and AI.
• Competitive Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends to keep Propy at the forefront of real estate and blockchain content marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content marketing, preferably within the tech or real estate sectors.
• Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio of published content.
• Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and real estate transactions.
• Familiarity with AI applications in marketing and real estate is a plus.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with content performance metrics.
