Summary
You will create engaging content and strategic community campaigns across social media channels like Reddit, X (Twitter), Telegram, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. You will work closely with PR, marketing, and research teams to ensure consistent and aligned content. Your role involves generating innovative content ideas, managing social media channels, and fostering positive community interactions to enhance Nexo's brand and engagement.
- Product and Market Insights: Stay up to date with Nexo’s products and services and proactively monitor our community and competitors.
- Content Creation: Identify and seize new content opportunities and trends, consistently generating engaging content ideas, community activities, and contests suitable for social media platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the PR, marketing, and research teams to ensure alignment and consistency in all content and engagement strategies.
- Community Engagement: Develop creative ideas that resonate with our vast community of 700,000+ members across all social media channels.
- Social Media Management: Administer and moderate social media channels, ensuring content is engaging, timely, and aligns with the brand's voice. Foster positive interactions, address community questions and concerns, and maintain a safe and welcoming online environment.
What makes you stand out:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in creative media, advertising, or social media management.
- Interest in Cryptocurrency: General knowledge and strong interest in the Cryptocurrency space.
- Social Media Expertise: Experience with at least two of the following platforms: Reddit, X (Twitter), Telegram, and YouTube, Facebook including familiarity with their features and best practices for community engagement.
- Copywriting Skills: Copywriting Skills: Proficient in creating engaging and persuasive content for social media, developing digital strategies, and conceptualizing campaigns to enhance community engagement and support.
- Collaboration: Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with diverse team members to enhance community engagement and provide effective community support.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of English with exceptional writing and research skills and a strong eye for detail, language, and flow.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, English, Journalism, Communications, Finance, or related fields is a plus.
- Multitasking Ability: Strong ability to multitask and produce a high volume of content under tight deadlines.
