Summary
Immutable is scaling rapidly, and we are hiring a Commercial Lead to be a versatile force multiplier across our commercial teams. You will be deployed to the most important problems in Business Development, Customer Growth, Partnerships, and Operations. This role blends strategy with hands on execution. You will design and stand up motions that improve revenue, efficiency, and repeatability, then own outcomes end to end. You'll Be Empowered To 🎮:
- Set the strategy for new go to market motions in priority segments, defining ideal customer profiles, value propositions, and sequencing
- Build decision frameworks and scorecards that guide where we invest time and resources, then refine them as data comes in
- Lead pilot programs from zero to one, prove impact with clear metrics, and turn playbooks into repeatable motions
- Create the operating rhythm across commercial teams with planning, reviews, and retrospectives that drive accountability and pace
- Operationalise new product launches with clear messaging, sales collateral, and training for commercial teams
- Measure impact, test and iterate, remove blockers, and scale what works across teams
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝:
- 2 to 3 years in top-tier strategy consulting or equivalent high-bar environments with a record of solving complex problems
- Strong bias to action and comfort with ambiguity, with a preference for tangible outcomes over perfect plans
- Commercial fluency across pipeline, conversion, and lifetime value, and the ability to turn data into clear decisions
- Excellent communication skills that win trust with executives and customers in writing and in person
- Proven ability to influence without formal authority and align multiple stakeholders toward a common goal
