At V-IRL, we bridge virtual assets, events, and identity with real life. We work with a variety of clients, from individual artists to large-scale enterprises, to help them promote their brands and connect with their customers.

As a Business Development Specialist, your main responsibility will be outreach to communities and projects to secure collaborations for V-IRL to create custom goods and experiences for them. You'll need to have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of web3/NFTs, and be comfortable working remotely.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients
  • Build and maintain those relationships
  • Collaborate with the design team to create custom experience for clients
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction
  • Participate in industry events and stay up-to-date on trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in business development or related experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with the web3 and NFT ecosystems
  • Social media marketing experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
