Position: Business Development Manager - Crypto Mining Solutions
Location: Dubai, UAE with option of International travel

As a BDM for Crypto Mining Solutions at DeFi Tech, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our business by targeting high net worth individuals and building strong relationships to sell our end-to-end crypto mining solutions. Your primary focus will be on cultivating and managing client relationships, understanding their unique needs, and tailoring our comprehensive offerings to meet and exceed their expectations. - Identify and prospect high net worth individuals interested in crypto mining investment opportunities, nurturing leads from initial contact through the sales cycle.
- Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their investment goals, risk tolerance, and requirements.
- Present and explain our comprehensive crypto mining solutions, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and objections effectively.
- Develop customized proposals and quotes for clients, showcasing the benefits and ROI of our end-to-end solutions.
- Collaborate closely with technical and operations teams to ensure accurate and realistic project proposals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor and maintaining regular communication.
- Stay current on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to effectively position our solutions.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand your network and promote our offerings.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue and growth objectives of the company.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and other relevant information to senior management.
- Experience in sales of financial or investment products is a big plus
- Experience working as a Sales Professional in crypto mining space is a +++
- Prior experience networking within the crypto and Blockchain industry is a +++
- Sales background, excellent written and verbal communications are important
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain lasting client relationships.
- Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple clients and opportunities simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as required to attend client meetings and industry events.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

- There shall be 2 months probationary period, UAE Visa, Medical Insurance, and allowances
