HFS Global LLC is an innovative financial company, building Africa’s first multi-asset stablecoin system. We are creating a TRC-20 stablecoin on the Tron Network, to simplify cross-border payments, gold-backed settlement, and financial inclusion.

Role Overview

We are urgently seeking a Blockchain Developer outside USA with hands-on experience in smart contract development, oracle integration, and deployment on the Tron Network. This person will be instrumental in building our mint/burn systems, security protocols, and exchange integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, write, audit, and deploy smart contracts on the Tron blockchain (TRC-20).
2. Develop and maintain Oracles for minting/burning of our token and syncing real-time data.
3. Integrate APIs from our partnered Payment Service Provider and Para Bank into the backend and smart contracts.
4. Ensure contract security, scalability, and compliance.
5. Collaborate with backend engineers to streamline data flow between on-chain and off-chain systems.
6. Provide technical documentation and train internal staff on blockchain procedures.
7. Support exchange listing integrations and automated mint/burn tracking.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1. Strong experience with Solidity and TronBox/TronWeb frameworks.
2. Solid understanding of TRC-20 token standards and stablecoin mechanics.
3. Experience building Oracle services (Node.js, APIs, oracles on Tron/Ethereum).
4. Knowledge of security best practices in smart contract development.
5. Familiarity with KYC/AML integration and cross-border payment systems.
6. Excellent debugging, testing, and deployment skills.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with exchange listing processes.
2. Familiarity with financial APIs, payments, and settlements.
