Summary
Immutable is expanding its growth engine and hiring a B2B Growth Lead to design and scale innovative products that connect game studios with players in new ways. This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will be responsible for building scalable growth programs, experimenting with new offerings, and developing long-term partnerships that help studios grow on Immutable. You will work closely with the Head of Growth and cross-functional teams to test, launch, and refine initiatives that drive meaningful outcomes for our partners. You'll Be Empowered To 🎮
- Develop and execute the B2B Growth Product strategy to accelerate growth across existing products (KOLs, Twitch and Kick) and new products (e.g., YouTube, TikTok)
- Build and nurture strong relationships with creators, partners, and agencies
- Partner with internal teams to design, test, and launch new growth products
- Manage programs end-to-end, from concept through to execution and measurement
- Analyse performance data and continuously refine programs for greater impact
We'd Love You To Bring 🤝
- 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting or a high-growth environment where you have learned and iterated quickly
- Experience building relationship-driven programs such as creator, community, or partnership initiatives
- Strong ability to form and grow long-term relationships with external partners, customers and internal stakeholders
- Comfort using analytical and productivity tools to measure and optimise program performance
- Strong organisational and project management skills to deliver scalable programs
- An innovative and entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities and test new approaches
