Summary

You will sit between Front-End Growth (Media Matrix & Acquisition), Mid-Office Growth (Campaign Ops & User Ops), and Product. This role focuses on end-to-end user journey optimization — from external traffic arrival, onboarding, activation, conversion, retention, to long-term user value. You will serve as the bridge between growth operations and product, ensuring that user insights, funnel data, and product experiences come together to drive measurable growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Own the User Funnel & Conversion Optimization: Build and manage the complete user journey from acquisition through retention, identifying bottlenecks and implementing data-driven solutions to optimize conversion rates at each funnel stage.
  2. User Journey & Product Flow Design: Partner with Product Managers to design seamless user flows and onboarding experiences, providing insights and requirements that reduce friction and accelerate user activation.
  3. Cross-Functional Growth Enablement: Serve as the strategic bridge between Marketing, Campaign Operations, Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure alignment on growth KPIs, enable experimentation infrastructure, and coordinate campaign execution.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor core growth metrics daily and translate data insights into actionable recommendations, proactively identifying trends and proposing experiments to improve activation, conversion, and retention rates.
  5. Continuous Improvement & Experimentation: Design and execute A/B tests across user flows, messaging, and campaigns while driving iteration cycles that systematically improve onboarding, notifications, and growth efficiency at scale.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  2. 3–5+ years of experience in growth operations, user operations, or product growth (crypto, fintech, or high-growth internet companies preferred).
  3. Strong understanding of growth funnels, user lifecycle metrics, friction points, and uplift levers.
  4. Experience working with product teams or contributing to product design/growth features.
  5. Analytical mindset with hands-on experience reading dashboards and designing experiments.
  6. Cross-functional communication skills — able to align Marketing, Ops, Product, and Engineering. 
  7. Fluency in English language
