Summary

Responsibilities:

1. Create and produce video content for Ukraine regional official Youtube account (and additional accounts if required), including but not limited to tutorials, market updates, livestreams, shorts, memes, etc.
2. Set content pillars and promotional strategies for Youtube channel to meet the growth target;
3. Integrate Bitget branding elements in the videos in a natural way to improve Bitget branding exposure in local areas;
4. Follow Bitget updates and activities and promote the platform via educational videos/product/event/token related videos;
5. Monitor & evaluate data performance of the video platform and prepare review reports;
6. Keep updated with trendy topics within the crypto space and create engaging contents to resonate with users Engage with user comments on social media channels;
7. Collaborate with other CIS social media managers to boost the overall social media channels locally
8. Design posters & thumbnails for social media promotions.

Requirements:

1. Native in Ukrainian, fluent in English;
2. Has 2+ years of experience of social media account management
3. Familiar with how YouTube algorithms work;
4. Has script-writing/editing/thumbnail design skills (esp. YouTube)
5. Has professional production facilities (microphone, camera, studio, etc.)
6. Being a crypto trader & enthusiastic about making videos;
7. Confident to be in front of camera, and good design skills;
8. Have basic understanding of branding.
