Summary

We’re looking for a Treasury Trader to join our team and help power the day-to-day trading and liquidity operations behind Quidax’s exchange. You’ll play a mission-critical role in driving trade execution, managing market operations, and supporting our treasury function—all to ensure seamless customer experiences.

What you’ll be Owning

Ensure Trade Execution & Market Efficiency

1. Guarantee 99.9% uptime and seamless execution of all customer-related trades.
2. Monitor and optimize order book processes to prevent failed or delayed trades.
3. Track and report on all market orders and liquidity levels in real time.
4. Keep a daily trading blotter, including trade positions and P&L summaries.

Support Strategic Treasury Functions

1. Collaborate with Treasury and Portfolio Managers for real-time market discovery.
2. Provide pricing intelligence and trend analysis for rate decisions.
3. Support liquidity management across markets, currencies, and pairs.
4. Help balance supply/demand across fiat and crypto assets.

Power Data-Driven Trading Decisions

1. Work closely with data teams to surface actionable insights.
2. Build reporting tools and dashboards to support the trading desk.
3. Generate real-time alerts and performance metrics for the Market Ops team.

Job requirements

What We’re Looking For

✅ You have 3+ years of Treasury experience in a financial institution, trading firm, or fintech startup.

✅ You hold a CFA, ACI, or other trading/treasury certification.

✅ You have a strong grasp of blockchain technology and digital asset markets.

✅ You understand order book mechanics, price discovery, and market-making.

✅ You’re familiar with crypto, FX, or traditional markets and liquidity operations.

✅ You’re highly analytical, thrive under pressure, and move with urgency.

1. You’ve traded crypto actively (professionally or personally).
2. You have advanced Excel or scripting skills (Python, SQL).
3. You’ve worked on trading desks or with pricing engines.
