Summary

Job Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement test plans for algorithm systems and products, and implement corresponding test strategies;

2. Conduct comprehensive tests on the software's functions, performance, stability, usability, etc. to ensure that it meets the design requirements;

3. Design and create complex test scenarios and test data sets to verify algorithm effect issues;

4. Participate in the agile development process of the R&D team, work closely with the algorithm team, and provide effective feedback;

5. Track and analyze test results to help the team find and fix problems.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, mathematics or related fields;

2. At least three years of software testing experience and at least one year of AI algorithm system testing experience;

3. Familiar with common software testing methods and testing tools, such as unit testing, functional testing, performance testing, etc.;

4. Have a certain programming foundation and be able to write test scripts and automated testing tools;

5. Have a certain understanding of machine learning, algorithms, and data structures, and be able to effectively test and verify the correctness of algorithms;

6. Have excellent problem-solving and project management skills, and be able to work independently under pressure.
