Summary

Responsibilities

1. Work with product managers and the R&D team to deliver high-quality products.
2. Identify, track, and analyze product quality issues, report issues, and fix problems identified during testing in an efficient manner.
3. Improve R&D testing systems and enhance testing efficiency.

Requirements

1. Three years or more of testing experience in the finance industry.
2. Proficiency in API automation and UI automation, with experience in continuous integration and testing platform development preferred.
3. Experience in performance testing and tuning + bottleneck analysis preferred.
4. Familiar with either Java or Python, Linux, Shell script, MySQL, and most mainstream middleware.
5. Deep business understanding, along with a strong ability to locate and address problems.
6. Strong experience in scenario testing.
