Responsibilities

  1.  Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the organisation's marketing and business objectives through different social media platforms (X, TikTok, Instagram…).
  2. Brand Identity: staying on top of the latest trends to engage our communities with a well-defined brand tone — helping the brand build a strong and distinctive identity.
  3. Content Planning and collaboration: Connect with the marketing and/or product teams to anticipate and effectively highlight the initiatives being undertaken.
  4. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse social media metrics and KPIs providing insights to optimise strategies and demonstrate ROI (Return on Investment).
  5. Social Media Specialist Management: Oversee social media specialists, including community managers/freelancers/content creators, to ensure strategy execution

Requirements

  1. 4+ years in a Social Media Management role for a consumer-facing app
  2. Strong interest in sports and sport fandom
  3. Strong interest in spotting and analyzing the latest social and digital trends
  4. Strong creative sensibility with the capacity to generate innovative ideas.
  5. Proficiency in design editing tools, such as Figma
  6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  7. Strong communication skills; experience interacting with and influencing cross-functional teams
