We’re looking for a Social Media Manager with a strong presence on X (Twitter) who understands Web3 culture and can create engaging, high-performing content.

What you’ll do

1. Manage and grow Syndicate’s X account
2. Create threads, memes, and viral-style content
3. Monitor trends in Web3 and airdrops
4. Engage with the community and replies
5. Collaborate with the team on campaigns

Requirements

1. Active X account with visible engagement
2. Understanding of Web3 / airdrop farming
3. Experience running or contributing to crypto accounts
4. Strong writing and meme intuition

Compensation

Depends on experience and location, but similar Web3 roles typically range from 35,000 – 50,000 USD per year.
