Summary

About the Role:

The primary responsibility of this role will be to conceptualize, design, and execute various campaigns for our social media platforms, with a focus on increasing followers and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects, along with a keen eye for design aesthetics and trends in social media marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design engaging and visually appealing social media campaigns tailored to different platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaign strategies that align with the company's branding and marketing objectives.
  • Create high-quality graphics, animations, and video content using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Produce compelling visual content such as infographics, GIFs, short videos, and other multimedia assets.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media design and marketing to ensure campaigns are innovative and effective.
  • Optimize designs for various screen sizes and formats to ensure consistency and optimal viewing across different devices.
  • Work closely with copywriters and content creators to ensure visual assets effectively communicate key messages and storytelling.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of social media campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvements.
  • Collaborate with other designers and stakeholders to maintain brand consistency across all social media channels.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and relevant news to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Proven experience atleast 1 in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing social media campaigns and creative projects. Crypto experience will be an added advantage
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.
  • Solid understanding of social media platforms, their features, and best practices for content creation and engagement.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate creative ideas and concepts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Creativity and innovation with a passion for staying updated on design trends and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Experience with video editing and animation is a plus.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms is preferred.
