Summary

We’re looking for an SEO & Organic Growth Specialist who can turn search demand into user growth. You’ll build, optimise, and scale Klink’s organic acquisition engine, from search and content discovery to on-page funnels that convert users into active earners. This role requires someone who combines SEO expertise, content intuition, and an experimental mindset to grow traffic, improve visibility, and drive high-intent users into our core product.

Tasks

  1. Own end-to-end SEO strategy across blog, offerwall/quest ecosystem pages, product pages, and other user-facing destinations.
  2. Research and optimise keywords focused on online earnings, airdrops, affiliate rewards, Web3 opportunities, and high-intent fintech search categories.
  3. Plan and execute on-page optimisation, internal linking structures, metadata improvements, schema markup, and content hierarchy.
  4. Develop and scale organic content funnels, working closely with content writers, product, and design to create pages that attract and convert.
  5. Implement off-page growth strategies, including backlink acquisition, partnerships, guest posts, and digital PR.
  6. Leverage AI-driven search changes (Google SGE, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude) to ensure Klink ranks in LLM-assisted search environments.
  7. Analyse SEO performance using Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, and AI index trackers — translating insights into clear actions.
  8. Optimise user activation flows from organic landing pages to product onboarding to improve conversion and retention.
  9. A/B test content layouts, titles, and page structures to continuously improve CTRs, rankings, and engagement.
  10. Work cross-functionally with product and marketing teams to ensure organic growth aligns with business priorities and monetisation paths.

Requirements

  1. Proven experience in SEO, organic growth, or content-led acquisition, ideally in fintech, ad-tech, gaming, or Web3.
  2. Strong understanding of keyword strategy, search intent, technical SEO, and content optimisation.
  3. Experience growing organic traffic from scratch or scaling high-authority sites.
  4. Familiarity with LLM-driven search visibility, structured data, and emerging search AI ecosystems.
  5. Comfortable working with tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, ScreamingFrog, and AI index trackers.
  6. Ability to think in funnel terms — from impressions and ranking to activation and LTV.
  7. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into experiments, insights, and results.
  8. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across content, product, and design teams.
