Summary

Key Responsibilities

IT Security & Access Management

  1. Manage and administer MDM solutions (JumpCloud, Jamf)
  2. Configure and manage IAM/IDP platforms (Okta, OneLogin, JumpCloud, Google SSO)
  3. Administer and manage Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
  4. Manage Enterprise Browser security policies
  5. Manage and monitor Email Security Gateway
  6. Ensure proper RBAC, MFA, conditional access policies implementation
  7. Investigate and respond to security incidents and SOC alerts
  8. Participate in vulnerability assessments and remediation activities
  9. Lead patch management of OS and applications

IT Operations & Infrastructure

  1. Oversee daily IT support operations and service delivery
  2. Manage incident lifecycle (L1–L2 escalations)
  3. Improve user experience (UX) across IT services
  4. Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base
  5. Generate operational and security reports for management
  6. Drive automation and process optimization

Compliance & Audit

  1. Support ISO 27001 audits and SOC compliance initiatives
  2. Perform internal IT audits and gap assessments
  3. Coordinate and support VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing)
  4. Ensure compliance with internal security policies and frameworks
  5. Maintain audit-ready documentation and logs

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Skills:

  1. Hands-on experience with:
  2. JumpCloud (MDM & IAM)
  3. Jamf (Mac device management)
  4. Okta / OneLogin
  5. Google Workspace Administration
  6. Email Gateway solutions
  7. Secure Web Gateway (SWG)
  8. Enterprise Browser security controls
  9. Strong knowledge of:
  10. Identity lifecycle management
  11. SSO, SAML, OAuth, MFA
  12. Endpoint security & patch management
  13. Vulnerability management tools
  14. SOC alert handling & SIEM exposure
  15. Experience in:
  16. ISO 27001 audits
  17. SOC 2 audit processes (Good to have)
  18. VAPT coordination
  19. Security incident response

Operational Skills:

  1. Strong incident management experience
  2. ITIL understanding preferred
  3. Reporting and dashboard creation
  4. Process improvement mindset
  5. Excellent documentation skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering

Certifications preferred:

  1. ITIL
  2. ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/ Auditor (optional, good to have)
  3. Security+/CEH (optional, good to have)
  4. Jamf/JumpCloud/Okta certifications (added advantage)
