Summary

Your role:

  1. Strategic Vision and Leadership: Define and refine the product vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives and lead the development of the product roadmap.
  2. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of Salesforce products, from ideation, development and launch to maturity, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with market needs.
  3. Advanced Salesforce Expertise: Use in-depth knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem to design and implement both Apex and declarative solutions, ensuring that advanced technical challenges are met.
  4. Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead, mentor, and provide direction to a team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
  5. Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to create buy-in and advocate for the product vision, ensuring understanding and support across the organization.
  6. Market and Customer Insights: Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to guide product development and enhancements.
  7. Performance Metrics and Analytics: Analyze product performance using key metrics to assess its impact on users and market success, driving data-driven decisions.
  8. Quality Assurance and Testing: Implement and oversee rigorous testing processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
  9. Documentation and Training: Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials to facilitate clear understanding and usage among both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  10. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders throughout the organization and beyond to ensure efficient product launches and ongoing management.
  11. Project Management: Manage project timelines and resources using project management tools, ensuring all tasks and priorities are clearly documented and adhered to.
  12. Salesforce Adoption and Process Improvement: Drive the adoption of Salesforce across the company and spearhead initiatives to optimize business processes using Salesforce solutions

What makes you stand out:

  1. Strong Emotional Intelligence (EQ).
  2. 3+ years of previous experience as a Mid or Senior Product Manager.
  3. Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in an Agile environment.
  4. Hands-on experience with report writing, data management/data manipulation and Dashboards.
  5. Understanding of CRM business processes like Case Management, Opportunities, Lead Management, Pipeline Management and Account Management.
  6. Customer-Centric Approach.
