Summary

As a Senior Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional design and engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers and drive the growth of our platform.

Requirements

1. Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Zero Hash’s goals.
2. Help define and prioritize the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
3. Participate in all stages of the product life cycle, from conception through launch, and ensure continuous delivery of valuable solutions to our customers.
4. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
5. Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
7. Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
8. Ensure alignment and effective communication across all teams.
9. Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive product development.
10. Set and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
11. Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
12. Implement data-driven decision-making processes.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 5+ years experience in Product Management.
2. Strong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
3. Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
4. Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable tasks.
6. Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you can string together a SQL query
8. Experience with testing/integrating to APIs

Preferred

1. Experience in crypto infrastructure with trading experience
