Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced

 Senior People Operations Manager

 with 

6+ years of experience

 to support the development and execution of People processes across our international Group. This role focuses on ensuring operational excellence in 

Lithuania, Portugal, and Germany

.

You will play a key role in maintaining efficient HR operations in a fintech environment, supporting the employee lifecycle, and managing HR systems, . This position requires someone detail-oriented, hands-on, and adaptable, with a strong understanding of international HR practices. We are specifically seeking a candidate who is 

passionate about automation and AI

 and continuously looks for ways to improve and streamline processes.

In this role, you will:

People Operations & Compliance

  1. Design, implement, and continuously improve scalable, AI-driven People Operations processes across the employee lifecycle.

  2. Own and execute onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless experience.

  3. Administer and maintain our HRIS system (Personio), ensuring accurate and legally compliant employee data.

  4. Ensure full compliance with labor laws and regulatory frameworks, aligned with Lithuanian, German, and Portugal standards.

Payroll & HR Administration

  1. Lead and coordinate payroll processes in partnership with finance and external providers.

  2. Draft, update, and manage employment contracts and other relevant HR documents.

  3. Maintain and organize all administrative HR records in alignment with audit requirements.

Recruitment Support

  1. Provide key support in the 

    expansion of the Lithuanian office

    , acting as a talent partner for local growth.

  2. Assist in full-cycle recruiting efforts to build out the Vilnius team from the ground up.

  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to define roles and ensure a high-quality candidate experience in a competitive market.

Employee Support & Office Management

  1. Serve as the go-to point of contact for HR Operations-related questions across all locations.

  2. Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters in the 

    Lithuanian location

    .

  3. Oversee all aspects of office operations, including supplies, logistics, and facility coordination

What you need to be successful:

  1. 6+ years of experience in People Operations or HR, ideally in a fast-paced, international startup or scale-up environment.
  2. Comfort running People Operations internationally across LT, PT, and GER.
  3. In-depth knowledge of Lithuanian labor law; knowledge of German labor law is a strong advantage.
  4. A people-first mindset with strong emotional intelligence and a solution-oriented approach.
  5. Fluency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
  6. Experience with HRIS and ATS systems—Personio experience is a strong plus.
