Join our team to own and drive critical internal workflows, including financial operations, liquidity management, recruitment support, onboarding, and cross-functional coordination. Duties/Responsibilities

1. Manage and verify manual wire deposits
2. Oversee fiat (via BCB) and crypto (via Fireblocks) withdrawal execution
3. Maintain and update performance dashboards on investment strategies
4. Lead full-cycle liquidity operations, including rebalancing and settlement
5. Coordinate outgoing payments via Wise and Circle; align with finance on invoicing
6. Supervise support agents; review communications for tone, accuracy, and completeness
7. Collect, issue, and track legal agreements and signatures
8. Calculate and report on commissions for internal and external teams
9. Support sales commission reporting and distribution
10. Own recruitment operations: candidate coordination, interview alignment
11. Manage onboarding: access provisioning, NDA execution, payroll setup (including regional specifics for CIS)
12. Provide cross-functional support for internal initiatives and ongoing projects
13. Serve as a team liaison: assist with documents, contract updates, time-off alignment
14. Ad-hoc business operations support (e.g., product coordination, documentation, report gathering)

Required Skills

1. Knowledge of wire transfers, settlement, and rebalancing processes
2. Experience with fiat and crypto payments (Fireblocks, Wise, Circle, BCB)
3. Experience maintaining performance dashboards and generating reports
4. Handling of legal docs, NDAs, and KYC coordination
5. Experience with onboarding, payroll coordination, and recruitment ops
6. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

(A Master’s degree or MBA is a plus, especially if focused on Finance or Operations Management)

3+ years of experience in:

1. Financial operations, especially involving fiat and crypto payments
2. Liquidity or treasury management
3. Back-office and mid-office operations in fintech, crypto, or investment firms
