Summary

What you'll do

  1. Marketing Strategy & Execution:
  2. Create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the crypto/Web3 spaces.
  3. Define customer segmentation and personalization strategies to drive targeted campaigns and customer conversion.
  4. Optimize and manage digital performance marketing channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, programmatic).
  5. Build and implement omnichannel campaigns aligned with business objectives.
  6. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.

  1. Team & Cross-functional Leadership:
  2. Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, planners, and content creators.
  3. Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  4. Partner with product, sales, and business units to support launches and growth targets.
  5. Stakeholder & Agency Management:
  6. Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media agencies and brand partners.
  7. Lead and evaluate agency output to ensure delivery of KPIs and ROI.
  8. Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers, organizations, and platforms to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
  9. Analytics & Optimization:
  10. Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
  11. Translate data insights into actionable strategies to continuously optimize campaigns.
  12. Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed.
  13. Brand & Communications:
  14. Oversee brand messaging and visual identity across platforms.
  15. Manage content strategy, social media operations, and community engagement.

Requirements

  1. Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
  2. Minimum 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
  3. A strong understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem is a plus.
  4. Proven expertise in digital marketing, paid media, performance campaigns, and channel strategy.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for community building.
  6. Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
