Summary
What you'll do
- Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the crypto/Web3 spaces.
- Define customer segmentation and personalization strategies to drive targeted campaigns and customer conversion.
- Optimize and manage digital performance marketing channels (e.g., Meta, Google Ads, programmatic).
- Build and implement omnichannel campaigns aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Team & Cross-functional Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of digital marketers, planners, and content creators.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and media teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Partner with product, sales, and business units to support launches and growth targets.
- Stakeholder & Agency Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including media agencies and brand partners.
- Lead and evaluate agency output to ensure delivery of KPIs and ROI.
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers, organizations, and platforms to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Analytics & Optimization:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and key marketing metrics.
- Translate data insights into actionable strategies to continuously optimize campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Brand & Communications:
- Oversee brand messaging and visual identity across platforms.
- Manage content strategy, social media operations, and community engagement.
Requirements
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5-7 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity.
- A strong understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem is a plus.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, paid media, performance campaigns, and channel strategy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for community building.
- Strong leadership experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
