Summary

As the Marketing & AI Operations Manager, you will own the marketing tech stack, optimize processes, and deploy AI-driven solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and impact across campaigns and channels. You will partner with teams across the Organization to build scalable workflows, measure performance, and drive operational excellence.

We’re looking for a self-starter and strong communicator with deep martech expertise, proven experience implementing AI tools, and the ability to turn data into actionable insights. This role reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with Product, Design, the Website Team, and the broader Growth Marketing Organization.

What You’ll Do

  1. Own and expand the full marketing tech stack – including HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, Clay, SEMrush, Zapier, nRech, and experimental AI-driven platforms – ensuring they’re optimized, fully integrated, and aligned to GTM priorities.
  2. Deploy and manage AI tools to automate workflows, improve segmentation and personalization, optimize content operations, and enhance attribution and analytics.
  3. Integrate emerging AI capabilities for lead scoring, campaign optimization, predictive insights, and personalization at scale.
  4. Partner with the Marketing Team to identify, design, and deploy AI-driven growth hacks that accelerate pipeline, improve targeting, and enhance campaign effectiveness.
  5. Maintain accurate, compliant marketing databases and streamline lead routing to maximize conversion.
  6. Build and execute email, lifecycle, and cross-channel campaigns, using AI for testing, targeting, and performance optimization.
  7. Create performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs, surface insights, and identify opportunities for iteration.
  8. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on unified GTM execution; manage vendor and agency relationships.
  9. Stay current on AI and martech trends, piloting tools that deliver measurable impact.

What You’ll Bring

  1. 6+ years of experience in marketing operations or growth ops with direct experience deploying AI tools and workflows.
  2. Proven track record of leading AI-driven marketing transformation – from initial concept to scaled adoption.
  3. B2B marketing experience in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Experience in Blockchain / Web3.
  5. SaaS and PLG experience is a plus.
  6. Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, Segment, Clay, SEMrush, and Zapier
  7. Expertise in building AI-powered workflows in Zapier, n8n, or similar.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience applying AI to improve decision-making.
  9. Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  10. Effective communication and collaboration skills.
