Summary
As Senior HR Manager you will lead recruitment, retention, and operations to support LCX’s growth. This is an on-site role requiring strong HR expertise in technology, fintech, or blockchain industries
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Drive hiring for key roles, ensuring LCX attracts top talent in crypto, blockchain, and fintech.
- Employee Retention & Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, career growth, and long-term retention.
- HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR policies, compensation structures, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
- Performance Management: Implement effective performance evaluation systems and feedback processes.
- Workplace Culture & Development: Foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment aligned with LCX’s mission.
Requirements
- 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in technology, fintech, or blockchain companies.
- Expertise in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations.
- Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and digital asset markets.
- Ability to manage HR compliance and labor regulations in India.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
- Fluent in English; excellent academic and business English written and spoken.
- Experience working with Workable HR Suite
