Summary

As Senior HR Manager you will lead recruitment, retention, and operations to support LCX’s growth. This is an on-site role requiring strong HR expertise in technology, fintech, or blockchain industries

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Drive hiring for key roles, ensuring LCX attracts top talent in crypto, blockchain, and fintech.
  2. Employee Retention & Engagement: Develop strategies to enhance employee satisfaction, career growth, and long-term retention.
  3. HR Operations & Compliance: Oversee HR policies, compensation structures, and compliance with Indian labor laws.
  4. Performance Management: Implement effective performance evaluation systems and feedback processes.
  5. Workplace Culture & Development: Foster a high-performance, collaborative work environment aligned with LCX’s mission.

Requirements

  1. 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in technology, fintech, or blockchain companies.
  2. Expertise in recruitment, talent management, and HR operations.
  3. Strong knowledge of crypto, blockchain, and digital asset markets.
  4. Ability to manage HR compliance and labor regulations in India.
  5. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  6. Proficiency in HR software and data analytics.
  7. Fluent in English; excellent academic and business English written and spoken.
  8. Experience working with Workable HR Suite
