Summary
What you'll do
- Support the setup of HR operations for the MiCA licensed entity, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies in line with Austrian labor law and regulatory expectations.
- Coordinate administrative matters such as office operations, vendor management, and scheduling.
- Maintain personnel records, contracts, and HR documentation with a high level of confidentiality.
- Work closely with management to support workforce planning and internal controls.
- Assist in organizing training programs, compliance refreshers, and internal communication.
What you'll need
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in financial services or tech companies.
- Familiarity with Austrian labor regulations is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English; German proficiency is preferred.
