Summary

What you'll do

  1. Support the setup of HR operations for the MiCA licensed entity, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee management.
  2. Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies in line with Austrian labor law and regulatory expectations.
  3. Coordinate administrative matters such as office operations, vendor management, and scheduling.
  4. Maintain personnel records, contracts, and HR documentation with a high level of confidentiality.
  5. Work closely with management to support workforce planning and internal controls.
  6. Assist in organizing training programs, compliance refreshers, and internal communication.

What you'll need

  1. University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  2. Minimum 3 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in financial services or tech companies.
  3. Familiarity with Austrian labor regulations is an advantage.
  4. Strong organizational and communication skills.
  5. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Excellent command of English; German proficiency is preferred.
