• Develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Analyze data and conduct research to identify growth opportunities and insights into user behavior.
• Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as paid advertising, email marketing, social media, content marketing, SEO, and partnerships.
• Conduct A/B tests and experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to prioritize and implement growth initiatives.
• Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance metrics and ROI.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing.
• Identify and explore new growth channels and opportunities for innovation.
• Continuously optimize the customer journey and user experience to enhance satisfaction and drive business results.
• Provide insights and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making and drive business growth.

Must Have:

• Outstanding communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Collaboration skills, with a knack for adaptation to new technologies.
• 2 years of experience in Blockchain/WEB-3 
• 3 years of exp. in Marketing/Growth role
