Responsibilities
- Support the Salesforce and BI teams with day-to-day data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation using CRM Analytics (Tableau CRM) and native Salesforce tools.
- Learn and adopt emerging Salesforce data technologies including Data Cloud and Einstein AI.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making in Sales, Client Services, and Strategy teams.
- Drive the migration of siloed Tableau/Snowflake dashboards into a unified Client 360 built on Salesforce Data Cloud and CRMA.
- Assist in data modeling and mapping for Salesforce Data Cloud initiatives.
- Work with internal business teams to understand reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Conduct validation, QA, and analysis of large and complex datasets across Salesforce, Snowflake, and other integrated systems.
- Collaborate with CAIS’s AI team to prototype Einstein AI solutions and home-grown LLM-powered analytics.
- Document findings and create internal knowledge articles for reusable insights and processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Salesforce developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
Qualifications & Preferred Traits
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce (reports, dashboards, or admin functions) and/or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, CRM Analytics).
- Working knowledge of SQL, Excel, and data modeling concepts.
- Experience or coursework in capital markets or financial services is a strong plus.
- Exposure to cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake) and data integration concepts is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a passion to learn and grow in a technical role.

- Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to adapt in a changing environment.

CAIS’ compensation package includes a market competitive salary, a performance bonus, and exceptional benefits. If you are located in New York, New York, the base salary range for this role is $80,000 - $110,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
