1. Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, from initial candidate assessments to interviews, and offer management
2. Source top talents using a variety of creative techniques and figure out passive candidates via different platforms
3. Manage the recruiting pipeline, including determining resource status and needs, coordinating recruiting events and sourcing activities, assessing, and managing referral processes

1. At least 1 year of recruitment experience
2. Independent, creative, and with a strong sense of responsibility
3. Quick learner with a positive working attitude
4. Independent, analytical, resourceful, and meticulous
5. Able to multitask and work within a timeline
6. Familiar with the blockchain industry
7. Excellent English and German( written and spoken)
