Summary

Priori is searching for a Program Manager to join the team. In this role, the Program Manager will work on all aspects of internal and external implementation and operations in rolling out and onboarding our product across new and existing clients. This is an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with Prioris various internal teams and external partners and manage high-value stakeholder relationships to ensure timely delivery and compliance.

This role will be focused on two specific areas of our business:

Program management and implementation:

Develop a scalable, repeatable implementation plan that Priori can utilize for new legal department and law firm clients, including developing required technical and non-technical documentation, communication plans, how-to guides, etc, and work with our Scout team to improve and refine our processes over time.

Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the Scout product as the product is updated and ensure updates are accurately reflected in our processes and documentation.

Interface with clients and the Priori implementation team to identify the steps required to complete each implementation and follow through to ensure that those steps are performed in a timely, high-quality manner.

Support Scout leadership in managing the implementation of new Scout law departments to ensure they have an excellent experience onboarding to Scout.

Attend implementation meetings, assisting in tracking and summarizing action items, coordinating follow-ups, preparing technical and non-technical documentation, maintaining Airtable information, and assisting with overall strategy.

Provide additional support to new clients as we grow and help train new team members as Scout grows.

Provide operational support to the Scout team, including on law firm calls, data collection, validation and testing, and customer success and support, providing hands-on assistance and helping create and implement processes to ensure the Scout team can move quickly and be responsive to client needs.

Monitor areas for improvement and proactively suggest changes.

Partner with Scout leadership and the Marketing team to create Scout content, such as board materials, award submissions, conference presentations, and PR / press talking points.

Compliance and information security support

Support the Priori legal and compliance workstreams, including

Support with intake, tracking, reviewing and executing contracts

Track, complete and submit due diligence security review assessments for clients and law firms across Marketplace and Scout

Create new policies and review existing policies

Track business requests related to information security and privacy

Create and implement processes to ensure we can quickly turn around client documentation

You Have:

  • 6+ years of experience leading and coordinating projects for SaaS business
  • Client engagement experience managing customer software delivery projects
  • Experience in directly managing project staff resources
  • A bachelors degree or significant post-secondary education in a relevant major.
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Experience in legal technology with an understanding of legal departments is a plus
  • Competency in google applications, Sheets, Docs, Slides
  • Competency in Airtable and Jira
  • PMP, Agile, or similar certifications are a plus
