Astralis is not just an investment firm; we are architects of the decentralized economy. We don’t just fund protocols; we help shape them. We are looking for a Product Owner who can translate complex Web3 infrastructure into seamless, high-value products.

​You aren't just managing a backlog. You are defining the product-market fit for the next generation of finance. You will be working at the intersection of institutional-grade strategy and frontier-tech execution.

​What You’ll Own:

​Product Lifecycle: Lead the end-to-end development of internal platforms and venture-backed projects. From whitepaper/concept to Mainnet launch and beyond.

​Incentive Engineering: Collaborate with researchers to design tokenomics, staking models, and governance loops that actually work (and aren't just "Ponzinomics").

​User-Centric Alpha: Bridge the gap between "complex on-chain mechanics" and "intuitive user experience." You know that if a user has to sign 5 transactions to do one thing, the product has failed.

​Ecosystem Integration: Manage integrations with L1s, L2s, Oracles, and Liquidity Providers. You need to know the stack inside out.

​Rapid Iteration: In Web3, a week is a year. You will manage high-velocity sprints without sacrificing the security or integrity of the product.

​The Profile (Proof of Work Required):

​The "Degen" Pedigree: You’ve been in the trenches. You’ve participated in governance, provided liquidity during "DeFi Summer," or minted on-chain when gas was 500 gwei. You don't just "watch" the market; you are part of it.

​Product Mastery: 3+ years as a PO/PM in a high-growth tech environment. You know how to say "no" to features that don't drive core metrics.

​Deep Tech Literacy: You understand smart contract logic, the trade-offs between different L2 solutions (Optimism vs ZK), and the nuances of account abstraction (ERC-4337).

​The "Astralis" Standard: You possess the professional maturity to present product roadmaps to the Investment Committee and institutional partners. No "trust me bro" logic.

​Evidence of Excellence (Must Provide):

​We do not hire based on CVs alone. We hire based on Proof of Work. To be considered, you must provide:

​On-Chain Footprint: A link to your DeBank, Nansen, or a list of protocols you have actively used/governed.

​Product Portfolio: Links to products you have shipped (Web2 or Web3). If it’s a protocol, show us the TVL or user stats. If it’s internal, describe the problem you solved.

​The "Thesis": A 200-word breakdown of one Web3 product you think is currently "winning" and why its product-market fit is sustainable.
