Duties/Responsibilities

1. Process Management & Documentation: Document, maintain, and improve product development workflows, ensuring clarity and consistency for all involved teams.
2. Cross-functional Liaison: Serve as a key point of contact between Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales teams, facilitating effective communication and information exchange.
3. Tool Administration & Support: Assist in managing and administering product-related tools (e.g., project management software, feedback platforms) and ensuring data integrity.

2. 0-2 years of professional experience in a role involving operations, project coordination, administrative support, or a similar function.
3. Previous experience in a tech or product-focused environment is a strong plus but not mandatory.
