Summary

Job Responsibilities:

1. GTM Strategy & Execution

  1. Develop and execute marketing plans tailored to project objectives.

  2. Define key messaging, positioning, and target audience.

  3. Identify and leverage marketing channels (social media, PR, influencer marketing, events, etc.).

2. Campaign Management

  1. Plan and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns.

  2. Manage content creation, content distribution and community engagement.

  3. Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data.

3. Brand & Communication

  1. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.

  2. Develop compelling storytelling and content strategies.

4. Analytics & Reporting

  1. Monitor KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention).

  2. Provide regular performance reports and insights.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 6 + years in product marketing, preferably in project-based product launches, with agency background

  2. Skills: Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills.

  3. Industry Knowledge: Experience in crypto is a plus.

  4. Mindset: Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
