Summary
As a Product Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving the product strategy, roadmap, and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive the growth of our platform.

This is a fully remote position, strongly preferred to be in a timezone +/- 3 hours of east coast time (US).
Responsibilities
- Help define, prioritize and most importantly execute on the product roadmap based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives.
- Participate in all stages of the product life cycle, from conception through launch, and ensure continuous delivery of valuable solutions to our customers.
- Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Zero Hash’s goals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Gather and analyze customer/product feedback to inform product decisions.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging technologies.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Ensure alignment and effective communication across all teams.
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and workshops to drive product development.
- Set and track key performance metrics to measure product success.
- Write technical documentation, both internally and externally-facing.
- Analyze product performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement data-driven decision-making processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years experience in Product Management.
- Strong background in FinTech, payments, blockchain, or financial markets, with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities in these sectors.
- Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
- Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts with engineering teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into clear, concise, and actionable tasks.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies and tools, particularly Jira.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – you can write SQL queries and analyze data effectively.
- Experience with testing/integrating to/interpreting APIs.

- Experience with crypto infrastructure-like products
- Prior experience in a software engineering or sales engineering-like role
