• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to pinpoint common issues affecting internal feedback.
• Conducting in-depth analyses to comprehend the root causes of identified problems.
• Working with engineering and product teams to effectively devise and implement technical solutions.
• Leading and managing projects aimed at resolving shared issues, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
• Facilitating clear communication between product and engineering teams, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of requirements and expectations.
• Leading the improvement of our internal feedback mechanism, collaborating closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize enhancements.
• Utilizing your engineering background to comprehend technical challenges and provide valuable insights to the teams.
• Demonstrating a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

What We Seek in You:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Engineering background with a profound understanding of technical concepts.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proven experience as an Engineer or Product Manager, with a successful track record in collaborative problem-solving.
