Summary
Description
- Responsible for the UI and UX design of the company’s APP and WEB-related products;
- Participate in the entire process of product design work, including interaction design, UI design, R&D docking and UI/UX walk-through in order to complete the entire product design life cycle;
- Work with the team closely to be responsible for the product UI design and UX revision of the entire business line;
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent user experiences across multiple platforms, this may include websites, applications and other touch-points;
- Conduct user research including contextual interviews, and usability testing, and provide solutions and actions in order to maintain the optimation works on track;
- In view of the development of competing products and the industry, there is a sense of innovation and design thinking, and constantly updates the iterative design experience;
- Advocate for the user, and able to provide user insights throughout the running and observing research;
- Collaborates with the developers, and project manager to understand the direction of the solutions;
- Create designs for agreed problems and solutions and contributes to the process from ideation to execution;
- Understand outcomes and success metrics, and continuously iterate on solutions where required;
- Facilitate a collaborative and transparent design process within their team;
- Regularly prepares and communicates insights, issues and solutions with persuasive storytelling for the Director and Manager;
- Contribute to vision work and other broader pieces in their Domain where required;
- Proactively recommends focus areas for the team based on priorities and growth;
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Multimedia Design, Digital media, Fine arts, or relevant disciplines;
- 5+ years of extensive work experience in UI/UX or related work experience;
- 2+ years of experience in handling design systems, and working closely with developers; prefer the experience of handling UX projects from end to end, from defining to analyst/research to design to validation;
- Understanding of front end development is a plus;
- UI/UX design experience in FinTech, payment gateway, blockchain, or cryptocurrency would be an advantage;
- Have a strong interest in cryptocurrency, understand user habits, and adjust the performance of UI and UX based on industry characteristics and user habits;
- Solid experience with using Figma and Sketch is a must, Photoshop, Illustrator, Axure & AE will be nice to have;
- Excellent deliverables including prototypes, detailed page schematics, sketches, interaction flows, site maps, navigation systems, and web-appropriate writing
- Good learning ability and excellent communication skills can withstand a certain amount of pressure;
- Experience in remote collaboration is preferred;
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- A candidate with less experience will be considered as a UI/UX Designer.
