Summary
We are looking for a Platform Manager 100% to own the operational excellence of Crypto Finance platforms. You will ensure high availability, manage production incidents, support internal and external stakeholders, and drive continuous platform improvements. This role sits at the intersection of technology, operations, and stakeholder service.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in platform operations, technical product management, or systems support within financial services
- Hands-on experience operating or managing production-grade financial technology platforms
- Experience with production incident management and root cause analysis
- Strong understanding of API-based integrations and system connectivity (e.g., FIX, REST, WebSocket)
- Proficiency in ticketing/backlog management tools (Jira preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface with both technical teams and business stakeholders
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks relevant to financial markets
Nice to Have
- Experience in digital asset / cryptocurrency infrastructure
- Knowledge of trading systems, order management or market making
- Experience with high-frequency or low-latency systems
- Familiarity with DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) requirements
Responsibilities
- Platform Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of Crypto Finance platforms, ensuring high availability, stability, and performance
- Production Issue Management: Monitor and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
- Client Support and Integration: Work with institutional clients to support platform integration, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical assistance. Ensure each client passes the conformance testing certification before going live to production
- System Configuration: Configure and maintain platform settings based on business and client requirements
- Ticket and Backlog Management: Open, track, and manage tickets for both production issues and platform improvements, while maintaining and prioritizing the backlog
- Platform Optimization: Continuously evaluate platform performance and ensure implementation of improvements to enhance reliability, speed, and scalability
- Project Management Support: Assist in managing ongoing product initiatives, acting as a deputy for the Product Manager when needed, and ensuring that platform upgrades are delivered on time
- Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, trading, operations,) external clients and vendor partners to ensure the platform meets business needs and resolves issues promptly
- Security and Compliance: Ensure that the platform adheres to all relevant security, regulatory, and compliance requirements (inc. DORA)
