🚀 Operations Lead | Offshore Funds & Tokenization Infrastructure (Remote, Global)

Full-Time | Remote | Fintech / Tokenization / Fund Operations Compensation: $60K to $100K Base + Performance Bonus Mandarin & English Required

The Opportunity

A leading fintech and tokenization infrastructure provider is hiring an Operations Lead to manage the middle-to-back office operations of its offshore funds.

This is more than a back office role. You'll serve as the operational bridge between external partners (administrators, brokers, custodians) and internal Compliance, Product, and Sales teams. You'll ensure operational workflows are efficient, compliant, investor-ready, and integrated into the company's proprietary fintech roadmap.

What You'll Own

Daily Operations Manage daily trade, cash, and position reconciliations. Process fund subscriptions, redemptions, and capital transfers.

Compliance Integration Partner with the Compliance team to streamline investor onboarding (KYC/AML), monitor regulatory reporting requirements, and ensure all fund activities align with global jurisdictional standards.

Product Evolution Act as a subject matter expert for the Product team to help design and automate tokenization workflows. Provide the operational voice to improve internal portfolio management systems and platform features.

Sales & Investor Support Work with the Sales team to facilitate a seamless investor experience. Assist with Operational Due Diligence queries from institutional clients and ensure the technical side of the sales-to-onboarding pipeline is frictionless.

External Liaison Collaborate with Fund Administrators on NAV calculation and review. Communicate with Prime Brokers and Custodians regarding settlements and margin management.

Audit & Reporting Lead annual fund audits and prepare monthly/quarterly operational reports for internal stakeholders and board review.

What We're Looking For

1. 5+ years of experience in offshore fund operations within banking, private wealth, or asset management
2. Proven ability to work up and down the stack: comfortable discussing technical API requirements with Product managers and regulatory hurdles with Legal/Compliance
3. Deep understanding of offshore fund structures (Cayman/BVI/Lux) and tokenization trends
4. Ability to resolve complex reconciliation discrepancies
5. Advanced experience with Prime Brokerage platforms, international banking/payment systems, and digital asset custody solutions
6. Excellent command of both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to manage international contracts and stakeholders
7. High accountability and ownership mindset: as comfortable in a spreadsheet as in a cross-departmental strategy meeting

Commitment: Full-time Compensation: Competitive base salary ($60K to $100K) + performance-based bonus Location: Fully remote (global), preferably with 8 hours overlap with SGT (Singapore Time)
