Role Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and expanding relationships with assigned key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Duties/Responsibilities

Provide details of the responsibilities associated with the position below:

  • ·      Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and increase customer acquisition.

    ·      Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, understanding their needs and objectives.

    ·      Develop onboarding guidelines for new clients and assist them with setup and registration at the platform.

    ·      Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring client retention and satisfaction.

    ·      Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industries, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.

    ·      Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs.

    ·      Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to existing clients.

    ·      Prepare and present reports on account status, performance, and growth opportunities to management.

    ·      Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring terms are aligned with company policies and client expectations.

    ·      Resolve any issues or concerns that arise, serving as an advocate for clients within the company.

Education and Experience

  • ·      Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).

    ·      Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in account management, client relationship management, or a similar role within crypto environment.

    ·      Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.

    ·      Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

    ·      Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    ·      Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

    ·      Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.

    ·      High level of proficiency of spoken and written English
