We’re hiring moderators across multiple regions to help maintain an active, safe, and engaging community.

What you’ll do

1. Moderate Discord and Telegram chats
2. Answer user questions
3. Enforce community guidelines
4. Report feedback and issues
5. Keep discussions active and relevant

Requirements

1. Active in Web3 communities
2. Strong communication skills
3. Availability in one of the regions: APAC, MENA, Europe, Asia
4. Prior moderation experience is a plus

Compensation

Depends on experience and location, but similar Web3 roles typically range from 8,000 – 15,000 USD per year.
