Main area of responsibility:

• Develop and maintain backend code adhering to internal code standards.
• Efficiently manage individual workload and tasks using tools like JIRA and GitHub.
• Address and resolve moderate complexity tasks and bugs, and contribute to team-based projects.
• Participate in various stages of project development including planning, coding, reviewing, and
• reporting.
• Interact with cross-department teams as necessary for project requirements.
• Contribute to the enhancement of internal tools such as linters, scripts, and workflows.
• Identify and address issues related to security, performance, and code maintainability.

Requirements

To succeed in the role, job holder has:

• Demonstrable experience in delivering projects as part of a team.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in REST API and web backend development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with the technology stack: Typescript, MongoDB, Redis.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time, tasks, and responsibilities effectively.
• Experience with Express and Nest.js.
• Experience in both microservices and monolithic architectures, including migration processes.
• Familiarity with web3, crypto libraries, and monorepos.
• Interest in or experience with the crypto space, trading, blockchain technologies.
