About the Role
You’ll sit at the center of our marketplace operations, owning relationships with both recruiters and clients. You’ll be the first call for operational support, workflow optimization, and strategic partnership. Your impact will be measured by the quality of experience you deliver, the speed and accuracy of resolutions, and your ability to scale our processes as we grow.
What You’ll Do
- Relationship Management & Growth (50%)
- Build and deepen relationships with recruiters and clients as their trusted advisor.
- Be the go-to for support and solutions—no recruiter or client is ever left without an update.
- Proactively identify ways to help partners succeed and drive engagement.
- Marketplace Operations & Process Optimization (30%)
- Monitor and manage dashboards (Airtable or similar) to keep statuses and communications accurate.
- Identify bottlenecks, automate workflows, and improve processes for efficiency.
- Ensure strict adherence to SOPs and operational excellence.
- Onboarding & Experience (20%)
- Onboard new recruiters and clients, ensuring a seamless start.
- Educate partners on best practices and collect feedback to refine our processes.
What Success Looks Like
- Recruiters and clients rate their experience as exceptional (NPS, satisfaction scores).
- No client or recruiter is ever left without a timely update or resolution.
- Process improvements and automations are regularly shipped to increase efficiency.
- Dashboards and communication logs are always up-to-date and audit-ready.
- You are recognized as a strategic partner, not just a process owner.
Key Criteria
- 3+ years in recruitment agency account management, recruiting operations (RecOps), or customer/partner success in a tech-enabled marketplace or SaaS environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally
- Strong organizational skills; you never let details slip and can juggle many priorities at once.
- Experience with Airtable (or similar CRM), Slack, Telegram, and high-volume digital communication.
- Demonstrated adherence to and improvement of SOPs, with a track record of high-quality, timely resolutions.
- High emotional intelligence, with a service mindset and ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach.
- Experience as a recruiter with web3 background is a bonus, not required
